A week ago, Team Nativevideo hit the Salesforce World Tour London. Wow, what an awesome day! It was jam-packed, not only with people but also keynotes, sessions, demos, partners, new connections…

We officially launched the latest version of Vinton to huge excitement for its new analysis features. Being able to understand how calls are handled – key topics discussed, time spent speaking, longest monologue, detailed minutes – will deliver fantastic improvement/coaching opportunities for any customer-facing team.

Pioneering AI for CRM

The morning keynote filled up very quickly but one lucky team member managed to secure a seat to hear from Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE and other Salesforce leaders on the topic of, you guessed it, the AI revolution.

Zahra emphasised the importance of trusted AI and highlighted the challenges facing enterprises in adopting it: siloed data & systems, security & privacy, toxicity, hallucinations, disconnected from CRM, lack of trust. She went on to say that Salesforce was built for this moment, pioneering AI for CRM since 2014.

The subsequent demos and presentations, including one from Aston Martin, were impressive, but perhaps the most exciting announcement was that Salesforce has chosen London for its first AI centre! 🥳

The campground floor

As always, the World Tour is a great opportunity to catch up with customers, prospects and partners. The campground floor was packed all day and we caught up with friends and fellow ecosystem enthusiasts. It was great to see so many interesting ecosystem solutions being shown, and of course many incorporating AI. From our friends at Provar, TITAN, Validity and many more, there was really something for everyone in the campground.

Sessions on demand

With an agenda packed with fantastic presentations, it's always hard to pick which ones to attend and we often find ourselves catching up on demand. The Salesforce+ platform offers many of the presentations to watch again. In particular we'd recommend catching up on Data Cloud and Patrick Stokes' conversation about AI+Data+Trust.

Making meeting notes with Vinton

At such a hectic event, it can be hard to stay on top of all the conversations we have with prospects, customers, partners. But that's where our Vinton comes in handy. With Vinton in our Org and set up for the Salesforce mobile app, we can quickly add audio notes about each conversation, doing our meeting notes on the fly! Vinton transcribes and summarises them, drafts us a quick follow-up email and suggests tasks too! What a world of difference post-event!

The World Tour always brings great networking opportunities and we had some fantastic conversations about Vinton and TalentV, with lots to follow up on. The evening brought many parties, we went to the Credera drinks and then connected with many ISVs at the UNARIC gathering, and unleashed our inner Tony Manero at the Salesforce Ben party. 🕺

Now a few months to recover and we’ll be doing it all again, but bigger, at Dreamforce2024! Will you be there?
