Marking “Enable Action Items on Transcriptions” as inactive will not generate any insights from the video recording; only the recording of the call will be stored in the Salesforce org.

Navigate to Nativevideo Admin

  • Open your Salesforce
  • From the App Launcher, select “Nativevideo Admin”

Access Nativevideo Configurations

  • In the Nativevideo Admin interface, click on the “Nativevideo Configurations” tab located at the top of the page.

Select the media platform tab

  • From the left-hand sidebar, select the "Media Platform" tab, and select the “Buffy Configs” tab.
  • Click on the “Show Advanced Options” toggle.

Opt-out of call insights

  • Locate the toggle “Enable Action Items on Transcriptions” and deactivate it.
