Let’s take a look at the data model for Alfred.

I’m in the Nativevideo admin app. Nativevideo is the platform for Alfred.

You can see the tabs related to Nativevideo admin and here’s the one for Audio notes which is the focus for this video.

Under this tab you’ll see all the audio notes that have been created in your Org.

We have two different types of audio notes. Let’s take a closer look.

Here’s an audio note with the type “Note”.

This means it’s an ad hoc audio note that you’ve recorded from your desktop or mobile app as a debrief of an interaction with a prospect or customer.

We can also see the status of this note which tells us whether the audio note has completed all its processing. After first being created it’ll have a status of “INIT” and then once we’ve completed all the speech to text, the post-processing, and engaging with the GPT, the status will change into Ready.

If we navigate to the related list, we find the audio note recipients which are pointers to the records where this audio note is visible in Salesforce.

Most likely this audio note has been recorded from a contact – Carol White. Carol White is a child record on the Account, Global Media, so we also find that Global Media is a recipient of this audio note.

This audio note is going to be available and playable from both the Carol White and Global Media details page in Salesforce.

If we then navigate into the audio connected to this audio note, we’ll see some details around that specific recording. Duration, sentiment, some statistics, which device has been used and so forth.

More interestingly, if we go to the Related tab, we find the video insights. This is a related list because every time you edit the transcription and run the processing again, we’ll create a new entry in this related list.

If I now navigate into the video list and find more information. This is all the information that we generate through the AI.

The title the we assigned from the transcript.

The Executive summary and the follow up email.

And then again if we move into the Related tab we see all the next steps in the order that has been suggested by the AI, and again all the descriptions for these items.

So that’s all for an audio note type of Note.

Let’s look at the audio note type of Call.

Once again it’s generated once we’ve ended a video call. We then find the original title of the call as fetched from the meeting invitation that invited Alfred to the call.

In the related list, we see the recipients. For Calls, this means that all the people who were originally invited to on the call are matched to leads or contacts based on first name, last name and email address.

If a person who was originally invited to the call is not found as a match to either a contact or a lead in Salesforce, we will still create an audio note recipient with the name and the email as retrieved from from calendar invitation.

We capture the full transcript of everything that has been said, associated with the specific speaker and the time stamp of when it was said throughout the lifecycle of the call.

All of the rest of the details are then exactly the same as for the Note type of audio note.
